Singer- Song writer Adele recently flaunted an impressive figure, showing off her weight loss on Halloween in a Captain Hook costume. The pop singer wore and sashayed in a form-fitting leopard ensemble displaying her new self. She completed the outfit with her voluminous, curly blonde freshly blown hair and rocked thick, black eyeliner and bright red on her lids to make a terrific look for the night.
Adele had also revealed her weight loss when she had attended Drake’s birthday bash few weeks ago. She talked about her health journey and her complete health regimen in an interview with Vogue. She shared that she was foremost trying to increase her stamina for following tours so she lost a bit of weight for that. Now she fits in normal, off the shelf clothes and do not need customized wear which she says is “a really big problem for me!”. She is choosing to be ‘healthy’ for her son’s sake and is not big on weight loss as such. She wants to maintain a healthy body.
The singer lost a lot of weight (9kgs to be precise) by following an incredibly dedicated diet and exercise. Her new figure has taken social media by storm with followers complimenting her inside out. Her new lifestyle she said includes regular sessions with a personal trainer “three times a week” with 60-minute sessions of cardio and circuit training. She has fallen in love with Reformer Pilates, a strenuous workout loved by a line of celebrities, from Gwyneth Paltrow to Meghan Markle.
